I created and produce the monthly newsletter for Climate Designers.

Our goal at Climate Designers was to create a space that not only shared what’s happening with the org, but that centered the community and highlighted the broader ecosystem at the intersection of climate and design. Our organization is not an island, and this is a collective effort.

The newsletter began as an opportunity to feature projects from our team and immediate community. Once we cycled through those, we began writing topical thought pieces. Currently, we have gone further and are writing about a different perspective on climate and design each month with an accompanying guide from the resource library.

Each month we share insight through our feature, highlights from our team, Chapters, and community, internal and external events, opportunities, and inspiration from the team. This last section is my favorite. It’s like the employees pics at a bookstore – handpicked favorites on a topic from the team to inspire our global audience.

Working on this has been a joy and a constant evolution.

Some of my favorite issues are as follows. I wrote most of them. Some were a collaboration with co-founder Marc O’Brien, and he is a contributor on every issue along with our outstanding team.
